Global Total Rewards Leader

Robin Colman served as the Global Head of Total Reward, People Technology, and People Analytics including the People

M&A portfolio at eBay until late 2021. She joined eBay in 2007 as the VP, Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations. During her time, she stepped up the Total Reward capabilities and practices globally, introduce a new state of the art data driven model to drive pay decisions including the Annual Pay review cycle, introduced a framework to manage pay equity, focused the people technology capabilities, and led the HR team for a number of large global acquisitions and divestitures for eBay.

Previously, she spent 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as the SVP, Compensation & Benefits. Robin holds a BA, Biology from Macalester College, and an MILR, Human Resources/Labor Relations from Cornell University. She serves on the board of trustees of Macalester College.
