Talk about a new benchmark for office buildings

My first day in Islamabad after 18 years was nothing sort of spectacular. Amongst other things, one of the highlights for sure was visit to the Telenor 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 office.

I have been to many amazing offices and offices building in the world. Telenor Pakistan office is right up there with the best. Spacious, amazing design, modern and sleek with plenty of sunlight. As an employee, you are spoilt by all the amazing facilities available.

No they haven’t paid me for this post 😊, 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?

Because your office space, office environment, facilities for employees in the office is a crucial part of EVP (open desk vs cubicles).

Have a cubicle in my last job for 7 years was of great importance to me. I really don’t like open desking and it almost is a pain for me to work in hot desking environment.

Companies do a lot but 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 that goes into this. We do take a great offices for granted. Great offices also requires a 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁. Companies spends 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 on this. 𝗪𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀

If you have an amazing office, take pride in it, not everyone has one.

Companies, if have a great office in a great location, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗩𝗣 .
