Sajjad Parmar is the CEO and Founder of The Talent Accelerator. He has over two decades of Global HR experience working in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, GSK and eBay. His last job was the Head of Total Rewards – International Markets for eBay Inc. His past jobs include roles like Head Total Rewards for APAC, HR Transformation Head, Head of HR Malaysia.
He has developed and delivered many Global and Regional HR and Reward transformation and Change Management initiatives for his companies. Many of these have been market and industry leading.
He launched The Talent Accelerator with the goal of assisting companies, regardless of their size, in establishing robust HR and Total Rewards standards and structures that enhance company performance.
