1- People Analytics workshop: Based on the poll last week and feedback from our network, we kick off our learning interventions with People Analytics Workshops in Karachi and in Lahore on 24th and 27th October 2022 respectively. To ensure quality of discussions, deep dives and case study work we are limiting this to 50 participants in each location. We will be organizing more in the coming months. We will share registration details shortly and its first come first serve basis.
2- Reward Certification: Many HR leaders and professionals including reward professionals asked us to do something in Total Rewards. Given the gap in the area of accelerated upskilling in reward, we have decided to first launch our Reward Certification program within our umbrella of Reward Academy (see our site for details). This is one of a kind accelerated upskilling Total Rewards program intended to give participants access to complex global and regional case studies to give them on the job experience to take their understand, learning and exposure to a whole new level. Add on top stakeholder management, design thinking, and improved selling skills. I am personally very excited by this and I hope to really add value to the participants through all that I have learned.
Additionally, we plan to bring in guest moderators who are recognized Reward leaders and will further help add a lot of value. We will share registration details shortly. I am pleased to already confirm that Aman Sahib Zada & Cherie Though will be joining us to cover important topics and leading some sessions. We will announce other guest moderators soon.
3- Education series: We will be running a series of webinars intended to educate and create awareness in total reward, analytics, performance management and related topics. I will be leading the sessions myself and every now and then bring global HR leaders and experts to have a fireside chat intended again to educate HR professionals on pressing topics and sometimes just share our expertise and knowledge.
Our first session is Introduction to People Analytics on 19th September 2022 at 4 pm PST/7 pm SST. Open for all HR professionals and free for all. We just want to share what we learned.
We already got a lot more planned but we start with these. We will share details of each of these very soon. I am super excited to be part of this and hoping to learn from others as well.
