robin colman

Global Total Rewards Leader

Robin Colman served as the Global Head of Total Reward, People Technology, and People Analytics including the People

M&A portfolio at eBay until late 2021. She joined eBay in 2007 as the VP, Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations. During her time, she stepped up the Total Reward capabilities and practices globally, introduce a new state of the art data driven model to drive pay decisions including the Annual Pay review cycle, introduced a framework to manage pay equity, focused the people technology capabilities, and led the HR team for a number of large global acquisitions and divestitures for eBay.

Previously, she spent 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as the SVP, Compensation & Benefits. Robin holds a BA, Biology from Macalester College, and an MILR, Human Resources/Labor Relations from Cornell University. She serves on the board of trustees of Macalester College.

Hark Kah Tan

Head of People Operations, Singapore at Grab

Hark Kah Tan is currently the Head of People Operations, Singapore with Grab, a company that is committed to empower Southeast Asia through technology, opening up income opportunities to all groups of people regardless of background or ability.

She is also excited to support the push for greater inclusivity at work and inspire others around her to do the same. In her role as a Human Resources professional, Hark Kah’s work has been focusing on talent planning, development and leadership coaching.

This has helped her gain insights into the successes and challenges of being a female leader in today’s world.
